Click Start Game, then on the Difficulty screen, BEFORE you click Easy/Normal/Hard, click on the
Play Tutorial Mansion
checkbox to make sure there is an X in the box. (This X is automatically removed when you beat the tutorial.) THEN click Easy/Normal/Hard. (The tutorial is the same for all difficulties though.)
