how did you get there if you can't get out? The only possible way should be to go back the way you came, considering the state of the room. How else did you get in there if not from the right of where you're standing right now?
It seems you managed to avoid pulling a lever, I thought levers were impossible to resist, should have made the lever do things one of the floor switches does to avoid this
