Go up the vine on the first level, then take the ladder up to the next level; go left and look for the ghost platforms to jump up to the next level; go right and look for the different vine to go up; go to the left and jump up on the tiles to reach the next level where the treasure chest is; pull the lever behind the treasure chest to open the gray door; make your way back down between all the gray doors.
