I believe it is possible to visit every room, but not possible to open every door. The

extra

doors are different rewards and consolation prizes, depending on which keys you come down the pole with. I'm not sure if that information helps, but there you go! And I am sorry that this is the least-straightforward of all the included mansions in terms of

doing everything

in the mansion.
