See picture with the downloads of 3 HD-mansions. Back to Square One and The Bat House are presented as ready-to-drag to the Custom Mansions folder while others like Shy Boxes (and Octopus Mansion) give a folder with a zip-file that needs to be unzipped to get the playable folder.
Problem solved! But maybe we need to make a choice between the two systems. IMO ready-to-drag, but I assume that there was a reason to add the readme-file. So:
