He fell down through a tiny gap just above where he's standing when the lever was activated.

I believe I tried to do something to fix it, but obviously it didn't work it seems. If I move the gold/silver bricks above Jack up 1 unit, along with the whole silver pile of bricks, that would indeed fix the issue, correct?
