In room 15692 no sound when opening door with upper lever, only the lever sounds.
16298 no opening sound

15689 shouldn't it give a secret point? It is a well hidden room

I don't have access to the game at the moment, but how close is the door to Jack when it's opened? I seem to recall Vern saying that the sound was louder the closer the door was to Jack, and softer (to the point of being inaudible) when Jack was far away from it.

They are on the same half of the window. There isn't any problem with the lower lever when opening the door, same distance.
