Beta 4 - Medusa head sprites mixed up

After some quick testing, I'm pretty sure that the sprites for the medusa heads are mixed up:

Normally, if I have my facts straight, Arthur is the dozy-looking, lighter green head, who will not reappear after dying (like all other mansion monsters). Elizabeth is the grinning, darker-green, reappearing head.

However, as it stands, I've killed several 'Elizabeths' and 'Arthurs' in the game. The 'Arthurs' came back. The 'Elizabeths' did not. Given that the grinning, darker-green Elizabeth head is next to 'Arthur' on the instruction page, I can only conclude the two medusa heads' graphics are mixed up.

They were switched because Rob and I both felt that the new graphics for the one with the better, longer hair, looked much more female, and therefore should be elizabeth. This means Arthur is now darker in color, but more masculine looking, while Elizabeth is lighter, but does look feminine.

Might be confusing to old players at first, but once you get used to it...

I suppose, though that still doesn't quite resolve the fact that Arthur now grins and Elizabeth now looks dopey. Big Grin

But what if people still play both the old version and the HD version for some reason? Or will you swap the Medusa heads designs also for the old MM?

Don't use the old version. Undecided Except for editing levels. Hopefully level designers can bear with this until the HD editor is ported.
