I like to write all types of poetry and would like to post some of it here. My favorite poem that I have written is Where the trees wax and wan.
Where the trees wax and wan
Where the trees wax and wan
nor the sky or the ground gain.
Where the trees wax and wan.
Where the trees wax and wan
the ground is dry and the sky is plain.
Where the trees wax and wan.
Where the trees wax and wan
much is lost but non is gained.
Where the trees wax and wan.
Where the trees wax and wan
none live because there’s no gain.
Where the trees wax and wan
Where the trees wax and wan
the sky is empty the ground is bleak
and armies march on there feet.
Where the trees wax and wan
Where the trees wax and wan
The ground gropes and the sky is pained
Where the trees wax and wan
Where the trees wax and wan
nothing can grow.
Nothing can gain.
In the land where the trees wax and wan.
