Pic's-How to Insert into Post
#1
Would someone please give me a step by step.

FYI - I HAVE CHECK THE HELP-DOCUMENT, EVEN WITH APPLE CARE AND WE CANNOT POST A PIC IN THE REPLY BOX.

- I took a pick, it ends up on my desk top.
- I click the
Insert Image
tab above.
- I drag the pic & plunk it in the middle of the
Insert Image
- I click post........and no pic appears.

What am I doing wrong? [smiley=cry.gif]

That's not how it works, Missy.

Do it like this:

1. Simpl finish your
reply text
first (in the white text field).
2. Click the rounded button
Choose file
(or something, I use the german version of the forum-software), below the smilies.
3. In the (selection-)window that now opens, select the appropriately named pic-file on your desktop. BTW, easiest is to use a .jpg-image, which is not too large (byte-wise).
4. Prompt the selection in the selection-window, by clicking
Select
or
Choose
or whatever (or simply hitting ENTER)
5. Finally click on POST below.

Now your post should contain the picture in question.
Actually it's very straight-forward.

Hi AquaMat
Yes, thank you sooooo much, yes, very simple....I could not find these instructions in the Help-Document section.  The below is all I could find, and for a GREEN NEWBIE, THE BELOW IS NOT VERY UNDERSTANDABLE. EVEN APPLE CARE COULD NOT FIGURE THE BELOW FOR POSTING PIC'S.  No where in the instructions does it mention the
Choose File
tab.  Your instructions are GREAT & EASY TO FOLLOW.....Thank you soooo much.

Attach: If the Administrator allows, you may be able to add a file to your post by clicking on the
Browse
button to find the file on your hard drive to upload. Pay attention to the allowed file types and maximum file size.

I HOPE YOU ARE FEELING BETTER NOW.

I LOVE YOUR FOUR TUBES MANSION....Great graphic design, puzzle and all.  I am trying to finish it, but, I am stuck.   What else is new.....lololol

ps. I too have family in Germany....on my Mom's side. I am Polish/German descent. Nine sprehen Deutch.....very sad.
