Error Message on mansion builder

Could someone help me with this please, I was just finishing off one of my rooms, I saved it then I went to test it out but it came up with this error Message:

Hi Leon

This means you have deleted a sprite, so the game can't find it - for example if you have a lever that is set to open a door and you have deleted the door you get the message.

Open a non-changed original sprite file that you have, find sprite ID 890. Go into your sprite file and draw a sprite for it. Or, copy (Cmd+C) the one from the original file and paste (Cmd+V) it into your file to have the standard 890 sprite.

I got this when I built my first mansion, when deleting all but one zapper node, so that there was no antinode.
