He's in third grade. The other day he came home with some basic geometry. Frightening! I did get him Stephen (and Lucy) Hawkings new book

George's Secret Key to the Universe

. A kid level view of astrophysics concepts. He was getting bored with what they were giving him to read and his teacher said to feel free to get him anything that holds his interest, just as long as he reads. He also got a bunch of science projects and books from his aunt.
