Is Jack stuck? or am I a bad jumper?

Greetings all,
I could use some advice. Here is Jack in Room 31497. He's already been through to the next room (the the left) and went up the inverted side of the room above. It looks like I need to go back to the room to the right of this room (31497) but the treadmills are going in the wrong direction. I can't make the jump, so, is this a

stuck Jack

moment, or is there somewhere else to go?

I can't remember exactly. You said you did the inverted room. Did you go above that and to the left?

Thanks for the response.
Yes, once I accomplished the

blind side

of the inverted room, I went to the left and finished the ladder maze, which appeared self-contained (I finished the maze by arriving at the same spot as when I started). After that, there was nowhere to go but back down the blind side of the inverted room, and back to the present position you see Jack in (in the picture).

Help! I'm in the same spot. Done in the mirror room, got the purple key, did the room up and to the left. Now I have NO idea where to go. I've jumped, I've run into walls, I've crouched. Help, please! :-[

Oy. I'm such an idiot. I can't tell you how many times I've jumped around by that wall and I had never found those stairs. *headdesk* :-[
