Movin' ahead, one problem to the next

*sigh* - now what?

(room 17498 - I think I actually got down to trigger the vertical platform-which is moving-I missed the next jump, died and now jack is stuck with no way down)
Any help greatly appreciated.

How did you get over to the middle and start the white brick to move? You did something and you can still do it. Search and try everything.

Do you really need to go down again?
