I must be doing something wrong because whenever I go down the ladder after the purple door onto the

elevator

I get killed. Once killed no matter which key I touch, Jack gets killed again. A hint please.....I have done blue door, yellow door (twice) down to the bottom and up to purple door.

If you just ride the elevator, you'll land safely. Don't do anything while riding it. Does this help?

What Semi-Native said: Just take the ride!

If you die once and re-appear on the top left of the screen in 16727, just wait there for the platform to pick you up and go with it!
