I LOVE this hard version of Octopus Mansion! Superb layout! It is so great that you switch a lever here and it affects an area you'll only get to years later! And it really is HARD! Great challenge!

One thing drives me nuts, though: I can't seem to figure out how to get all the money in rooms 14491 and 14492. The gold/silver-bricks never ever are the way I need them. When I stand beneath the vine in 14492, the silver bricks are off and when the silver bricks are on, I can't get to the vine! What am I missing?

Please :'( HELP!

he he he [is that help enough? Big Grin]

Glad you like it Smile

A perhaps more helpful hint: don't be afraid to jump from a vine, even if you think there's no use...

Thanks, Olle!
Don't know why I didn't think of that before!
I finished the mansion and all I can say is: WOW!
One of the coolest custom mansions I ever played! I only got little over 80% secrets, so there is a challenge to try the whole thing again in the not too distant future...
Thanks again for two and a half hours of tremendous fun! [smiley=2vrolijk_08.gif]

OK, I love the mansion and I'm having a great time. However I've reached a spot that just has me stumped. I have tried just about everything. I could really use a hint.

Have mercy! :'(

I am sooo stuck in room16091. I have tried to pick up all the coins and/or find a pattern to the colored bricks/faces. But I cannot get to the levers that release the barricades. HELP!

Hi Bert,

This is a really tough puzzle, and there is no easy answer. You just have to keep going back and forth through all the rooms, jump up everywhere there's a visual clue. You might have missed a key somewhere. Good luck!

usually, when I play and enter a maze like this (well, not like this, since I made it myself, but someone else's maze Smile ) I immediately get pen and paper and try to structurize (isn't that a word?) my walkthrough.

There is a way out, of course. I hope you find it. Otherwise, if you get too frustrated, you can PM me with your progress and I might be able to help you out
