How to Post a Funny Video Joke to Make YOU Laugh

I received a very funny video attachment today and I wanted to share the laugh with all of you.

I saved it in my Movie/Pic file.  I tried to post it here but the system won't allow it.  It shows as an error.

How can I post the video for all to view? Or does this system not allow it?
