Room 16107 help

Hello,

I am curently stuck in room 16107 of Catacombs (section 7). I Can't find any way to climb up to the save point. It seems the ladder can't be taken up.
I have looked into the editor (yea, I know it's bad), it seems the bottom of the ladder is not a ladder but just decoration...
(I have revision 9 of Catacombs)

So how do I climb up ?

I loved that room, but kinda tricky.

Is there anything else on the lowest level that looks stable enough to climb/jump up? :
