The Great Escape - after you go down the pole (mac version)

When I play the Great Escape, I always get stuck - after I choose 1 of 4 poles to go down - I can see the red key I will need, but can not get to it - ?

Which Great escape is it? Easy, Normal or Hard?

Easy - I haven't gotten up to normal and hard yet -

which room is it? 17103? Hit Cmd + D to see the room number when you are playing.

In room 17103, you have to keep playing with those levers and gray doors to get the key where you can get it.
