Did anybody find the easter egg in CDC Hard?

Highlight the blank bit of line below to make it appear. Or copy-and-paste it in a Text Editor (or a Stickie).

You can speak with the statues. Can't remember how that idea started (I think I needed to insert a hint but a lonely BBB would look inappropriate).

Finished seems Ok but 16515 Is there any point being able going down here? Also 2 rooms to the left the are indications that the should be a room the the right but one can't enter there. It doesn't exist!

I think either create the room or take out the level and door showing in, could it be, 16513.

16710 How about some money as a reward going down those steps? There's no point in having them as it is now.

16714 I hate to say this, because it's such a cool puzzle and easy once you figure it out... but, maybe it's a bit too hard for a normal mansion?

rose already mentioned these two in her post above:

16513 Since there is no room to the right, that lever and gray door should be removed - or add a room and let Jack be able to get to it.

16515 BBB is missing about turning on the electricity to watch the skeleton come to life. Also, how about adding some money there.

Other than that, I think the difficulty level is good for Normal, and it's a fun mansion with good design.

16518 HARD

Did another run-through of hard and I changed my mind about 16518. It is easy once you watch the trolls and see their pattern. So I wouldn't change it after all.

Loved all the statue comments. Nice touch, Toybox!

I agree with semi-native about rooms 16710 - 16513 - 16515.
About 16714: I don't think it's too hard for a normal level

AH, that was one of my Trademark Pointless Secrets (no money, no shield). Added 500$ though, it's an official mansion after all.

I followed margherita's suggestion and kept it. Actually I had devised the puzzle with lots of art and science, but when I tested it it turned out much easier than expected :-? (Which was, on second thought, a good thing anyway).

I left the grey doors, but removed the lever in 16513. I think that one was very misleading. If you still think it's not good enough, I could add an obviously inaccessible room and just make it show up as decoration with a map somewhere.

I also changed the background music. Unless I forgot a room, only the new tracks (4--6) should be played now.

I finally made it all the way through Citadel of Dr Cassiopus on the easy mode! The first midnight mansion level BETA I have completed! This seems to be as great as the first game! Big Grin
