text colour and constrast

I am using Test13 template for this forum. Cant stand the sick green version. I am having problem with the light grey text colour in the posts. > I wish for more contrast so I don't have to have my glasses on all the time. It has a grey text colour and it is too light. I wish it would be as dark as the title text. I have tried several of the testXX options but they are the same as Test13.
