I need to prolong this till the end of November.> But what is even worse, I have been in hospital for a while and only slowly recuperating. I do hope to get back to MM-stuff next weekend, because I received a lot of emails with updates of several mansions etc.

I have just been informed by Freddy that he is well and the main reason for his absence is due to too much work. So to those that have been worried: Don't worry!
 That applies to me, too!
