The Mansion Family PART 2 -how shall I release it?
#1
Dear friends,

you might remember that I told you (prior to the release of TMF 3 - A Wondrous Place) that Part 2 of The Mansion Family (a.k.a.
Northern Lights
)
is currently put on hold. I had abandoned its design in Spring 2007 because I wasn't entirely satisfied with the snow landscapes (and also got a little tired of it).

Last night I replayed the part of it that's ready and thought it would be nice if it did get released - one way or the other.

So I need your help!!  How shall I release it?
Should I....

1.  Dust it off and polish it a little and release the only half-finished mansion
as is
in Free Up- and Downloading ?   ...or....

2.  Wait until inspiration strikes me again one sunny day and finish it proper and do an
official release
?

What do you think ??    Undecided    :o    8-)

Hi aquaMat,

Personally, I'd rather wait a little longer and play a finished mansion. Patience is not easy for me, but I think it would be worth it.

Hmmn - I am torn - would love a new mansion to play, but take the previous point about patience. Don't know... Undecided

Yes..... I guess at the moment I tend to think it'll be better and wait and do a proper release.... if only for the sake of having the whole TMF series released correctly / officially.

Other opinions?

Anyone?

No other opinion. Completing is IMO the only option.

Wait until spring bandini!

Hi aquaMat,

I think you should quit your job and work on TMF;2  full time, making it another stunning addition to the TMF series !!! ;D Wink Big Grin  (just my honest opinion!)

Thanks for the opinions and the nice words....

I feel we're all having a similar opinion about this... so I will wait 'til I'm in the mood (and have the time) to finish TMF 2, even if it means you'll probably not be able to play it before March or something, and then release it officially.

Thx again.
