I am glad to say that i found my way out of the last difficulty, but now i find myself in a pickle.
If you know how, here's hoping it's easy to explain!
I am in room 16330, the room that has

Psycho's Wish

in big letters. Jack is at the letter

S

in 'Wish"
What next? i found some steps nearby, but they go nowhere (at least so far).

This is a pretty complicated room, all kinds of hidden things. You just have to keep stumbling around until you clear your path.

If I remember correctly, you want to go up from this room. Just keep moving around, trying everything.

Thanks for the response - I did find it! Yay! There's a lever that needs throwing, so once i got that things fell into place (including one or two Jacks!).
No onward to the next need-help location - I'm sure there's many more!
