Lots of coins

All I was wondering was how you get the coins all in one place. For example, how the coins ae all stuffed together in MM pyramid. At the end room, there's a secret behind that pillar where you can jump and get about $500 of coins. How do you get all those coins in one place??? :-?

It occurs to me that a (second) backpack is worth 500.

Yeah, but In the level editor, It showed coins, stacked all in one spot.( I usually look there after I beat the mansion)

Simple solution. At Options ask for NO align to grid. And then you will be able to put coins on each other so that they do NOT remove previous ones.
