Can't Find The Last Green Key

So, I'm stuck again and am hoping someone can help me. :-[

I'm having trouble finding the last green key. I've jumped (to my death many a time), I've walked back and forth, I've searched for hidden ladders. I did find the hidden room with the blue door. There's the upper ledge (the one with the bouncing eye balls) and I can't figure out how to get up there to get the coin or to reach the other ladders. Help?!

Are you talking about the key you need in room 16498? If so, it's partially hidden somewhere in 16501. Just go back and look around and you should see it.
