I had a few times when opening the grey doors in the blue area that there first wasn't any sound but I couldn't replicate it by leaving the room and come back and pull the lever again.

Jack didn't have any key to use int the grey area (see image). Many years ago I know I was frustrated about just having one key or so so I couldn't open all 4 doors. HAve I missed a key somewhere or what. I haven't played the mansion before during the test period so I am not aware i´f this has been discussed.

I have found and fixed the sound problem.
As for the keys issue, hopefully Rob has documented this in his
key issuesthread, and I'll look into it later.
