Starting room - Jack's starting position has changed from Beta2. In Beta2, Jack started out on the lower level, to the left of the coins indicating he should go right.
I'm guessing this happened accidentally while doing maintenance.

16106 - Stuck still present: Consider filling in the hole in the upper right part of the screen or moving it. It's possible for Jack to get stuck in the hole.
This is hard to do accidentally, but it is possible.
