Beta1: Menu screen text vanished! [Fixed: Beta2] - RobSeegel - 06-29-2011
I'm trying to repeat this - it was very weird, and the first time I saw anything like it. I was in one of the mansions, and I aborted the game, when the title screen came up there was no text visible at all - just the artwork. The areas on the screen you would
pressstill worked, though. I started another mansion, then tried to abort again. This time all the text was displayed correctly.
Update:
I was able to reproduce it once. I went to Knight Mansion easy (chosen at random), wandered into 2-3 rooms, then aborted the game. While waiting for the title screen, I idly clicked on the loading screen. I saw the words briefly appear, then completely disappear. Strange.
Update 2: Haven't seen the issue since Beta 2, and Vern didn't include it in the list of open bugs. Assumed to be fixed.

Same thin happens to me as well, however I found out the buttons are still there because I tried clicking around and the game would bring me to certain screens
