Castle Basano Hard, room 15698/9 - otg - 09-28-2010
Came in to 15698 from the right, died in the room when the blocks were silver. Jack reappeared below the silver blocks, and instantly fell down and died on the spider... If the spider is for some reason dead, he will get stuck there.
It seems the same happens if Jack dies in 15699, he reappears under the blocks as in the pic, and falls to his death unless one jumps of course but it's very easy to hit another key

In this situation you just need to jump. This is only on hard mode, so anyone playing hard mode would be quite careful when re-spawning.

indeed, but there's still a risk for a JS, if he falls down to the left and there's no spider to die on.
Not a big risk, but it could be good to know to be careful here
