Unnamed Mansion - samskelton - 09-03-2010
It's still a long way from being completed, but I just wanted to start a thread for it! I'm hoping for it to be a pretty large mansion- So far it probably has somewhere around 30 rooms. So between the size and the amount of free time I've got, it's going to be a while... But while you're waiting, here's a couple snapshots of it!

Cool! I like how you put the snow at the bottom of the waterfall, to make it look like bubbles. Nice.

It's really shaping up to be a pretty cool mansion! You'll find a lot of unique puzzles in it. Here's an example: There's a bunch of moving platforms with snakes on them in this room, and the only way you can get across is by using the shields. There's only five of them, though, so you need to figure out how to get across using only five of the platforms. Hope that makes some sense! Anyway, here's a screenshot.

Thanks for the positive feedback, guys! Currently, the mansion has 77 rooms. It's still not too close to being finished, but it's certainly starting to come together. Here's another shot to tide everyone over... It looks like I'm only one of two people making a mansion in MM2 as of right now. :S
Also, keep in mind that these pictures are works in progress... I may change rooms as time goes on. For example, I think it's possible I may change the brick in this room to make the mansion look a little better.

Looking forward to it. I love puzzles even when they frustrate me. ;D
And I'm also working on a small MM2 mansion.
I'm wanting to do a lot of design changes since converting it from MM1.
