A little note - leo - 10-03-2009 Hi everybody and welcome to Jacques' Revenge. I planned to make my second custom mansion less nerve-wrecking than the first one, Palais Pompomrouge. So the overall difficulty of both parts, I and II, is medium, with a couple of hard areas. I think there is no insane cataluris(© Olle) stuff. At the end of part II there are lots of BBBs with lots of text. You don't need to read all that stuff to enjoy the game, but I'd advice you to do so anyways, because it gives you some twists in the overall storyline and sets the stage for part III of my Jacques Moilone-Trilogy: 'Escape from Paris'. Well, enjoy Jacques Revenge! Leo P.S.: Thanks to Missy and Sherry for beta-testing and BBB-corrections! Re: A little note - rose - 10-03-2009 Thanks Leo! The weekend is rescued ;D Re: A little note - aquaMat - 10-10-2009 Aaah....quel surprise !! :o ![]() After having been absent from the forum for about 4 or 5 days I came back yesterday to find 2 new chateauxfrom leo !! So last night I started to play Pt. 1.....and liked it a lot. Great..... something new to play that's wonderfully designed and the right mixture between manageable and hard ! Thanks ! Re: A little note - Semi-Native - 10-10-2009 Anything new coming from you, aquaMat? Love your mansions, also. Re: A little note - zipwin - 10-10-2009 Terrific mansion! I love it. But....I have completed the left side up and down and the dreaded conveyer belts and most of the house on the right but am totally confused as to where to go now. I can't get further to the right or down below or to the right from the conveyer belts. Can someone give me a hint? I have many keys...two blue, two green, two yellow but don't know what they open...... Thanks Re: A little note - sherryl199 - 10-10-2009 Where are you - what is the room number? Re: A little note - zipwin - 10-11-2009 Thanks Sherry...I found the way! Re: A little note - aquaMat - 10-11-2009 Semi-Native wrote: Anything new coming from you, aquaMat? Love your mansions, also. Thanks for the interest !! I am still finishing building my latest one - BROTHER FROM ANOTHER PLANET, which starts - as I had mentioned somewhere else about 1 or 2 months ago, with Jack being stuck in a burning rocket, and having to use an emergency catapult seat to escape. First he thinks he's landed on a strange planet (and I thought so too, as the designer), but although there are enough strange things going on....we're not so sure anymore after a while. Even though I'm pretty far already (after the 6th save, and more than 83 rooms) I still don't really know where it'll lead to in the end..... as it is one of my completely improvised (=unplanned) designs. I'm not yet fully satisfied with all the sections.....but there are a few interesting areas. We'll see..... 8-) I'll probably need a few more weeks or so....!
Re: A little note - BO_PEEP - 10-12-2009 Leo Loved the mansions. I found both really inventive. I have only managed to find about 76% secrets for each so am really looking forward to replaying and finding the rest . Great to have mansions that make you think. Very well done and thanks for all your work for our benefit. Bo Peep Re: A little note - josephine - 10-13-2009 Hi Leo- Let me just say how much I'm enjoying Jacques Revenge! The BBBs are great too. Really looking forward to Parts 2 and 3
